Our WINE Chiller has been without cooling and is non functional for almost six months. October 2022, we acquired/purchased this machine and despite several complaints, your field Executive/outsourced mechanic visited only once and said it's gas has to be refilled and since it was under 01 year warranty the WINE chiller should have been repaired/gas refilled but the mechanic asked us to pay for the service. Please tell us, why the mechanic asked us to pay ?
