Purchased Kaff products worth 1.5 Lakhs and regretting now.
Had problem with chimney and they took almost 1.5 months to repair it and faced many issues while dealing with them during these 1.5 months.
Issue 1: Charges during Warranty. Repair executive asked for fee even though the product was under warranty.
Issue 2: No proper complaint system. Even after complaining about this, Kaff just brushed it aside saying that repair executive might have misunderstood that the product was not under warranty. I clearly explained to them while complaining that he requested money saying you have to pay during warranty as well.
Issue 3: Repair executive also suggest for cleaning against payment though the chimney was self-cleaning and just 6 months old.
Issue 4: Since I did not entertain any fee during warranty, repair executive has mentioned the incorrect defect in his service records which delayed the repair. He also did not reinstall my chimney saying it will be damaged and kept in on ground which we had to take care for 1.5 months.
Issue 5: Worst customer care executives: Customer care are no help. They say they can just raise ticket. During 1.5 months they escalated my issue 3 times but they don't have the feedback on the escalations. Every time they say I have to contact third party service center manager. Even though he does not respond, customer care can't do anything. They just give me same contact number of the third party manager.
Issue 6: I had to depend on third party service authorised service provider for the updates.
Most important of all their customer service process is very bad wherein you need to break your head to get the issues resolved. It would been easier for me to spend 1 to 2 K and get it repaired outside even though it is under warranty. Was this information helpful? |
