Kalyani Motors — Service related issue

We got our first SUV with all excitement from Kalyani (Mysore) on 27th May 2023.

We were due to give our car for the first service and we decided to give it Bangalore as Kalyani service center is nearby to our place and we wanted to get the service done from them.
We called and informed them well in advanced (on Thursday) to pick our car on Saturday at 10.00 AM.
We got a call on Friday asking us to reconfirm and we did reconfirm that the car has to be picked by 10.00 AM on Saturday.
On Saturday, the car was picked at 12.00 PM (1st Dissapointment)
We were told that the car would be given basic first time service and the car would be given back at 6.30 PM.
We waited till 6.30 PM and when we dint receive the car, WE HAD TO CALL AND FIND OUT THE STATUS and only then we were told that the car will be delivered by 8.30 PM (Second Dissapointment).
We waited till 8.30PM and when we dint receive the car WE AGAIN HAD TO CALL AMD FOLLOWUP and only after that we were told that the car would be picked by 9.00 or 9.15 PM (3rd Dissapointment).
The car was delivered at 10.00 PM.
When we recieved the car finally, the car condition from the outside was so horrible, completely dusty, oily and smudgy, it was so devastating to see our new car in this condition after giving it to Kalyani from whome we bought that car tursting that our car will be taken complete care (4th and highly Dissapointed).

We then go and check from the inside to only be informed by the delivering driver that the sunshade on the driving seat side has been broken and thrown on the back seat and he bought it to our attention and also informed our point of contact from Kalyani (5th and completely shattered with Kalyani service).

All our excitement of our new car and service has vanished with this kind of service and now worried how is the journey of the new car's ongoing services be with Kalyani as the first service with basic serving itself has gone to this worse experience.

I am bringing this to your attention with a very heavy heart and fuming with anger at the same time.

Do revert with a solution for this and it better be something reliable else will this will be escalated in every platform possible.
