Karbonn Mobiles — Battery backup and service centre working not properly

This complaint against the karbonn mobiles company. they give me bad mobile. i buy a new karbonn titanium moghul in june 2106. after two month problem occur in the mobile like: hanging, no battery backup etc, but i ignore it. now after two months mobile battery is going dead. i go to the service center, they register my complaint and they gave me one week time.but i give three time my mobile in service centre and not repair my mobile. NO ONE respond my complaint nor a company/ nor a service center.
