Dear sir,
I am neelam sharma from mumbai. I've purchased karbonn titanium machfive before a year which was under warranty. But before 2 months the phone was having charging issues so i have given my phone to the authorised service center in thane, mumbai where i was told that my phone will be get repaired within 25 working days but since now they are saying that it will take 15 days more and not from now they are faking the commitments from last 1 months. It has been more than 2 months from now i am getting irresponsible feedback from them. Whenever i call customer care their answer remain same that your problem will be solved shortly and sometimes i dont even get the proper responce from them. Please take a strict action against them and ask them to provide my headset in whatever condition it is. Or ask them to give me a headset atleast for a using purpose till they solve problem of mine. I have filed compalints more than 3 times still i am not gettin g any responce from them.
