I had purchased karbonn Titanium S200HD on snapdeal with invoice no. S83BFB/16-17/10700, INVOICE DATED 29 MAY 2016.
Only after using the set for 3 months there was problem with charging and battery and I had thus given my set to karbonn service centre on 10 sep 2016. Its been nearly 2 months without my handset now and I have yet not received it in correct order!on contacting service centre I have always been given an excuse of not having the required spare part to correct the set.
All these days of my purchases with snapdeal have been good experience but this time i have received a defaulted product which worked only for 3 months!!
Delivery of such defaulted products will seriously have a bad impact on the costumers.
I thus request you to contact karbonn mobiles and deal with the issue to maintain the credentials and happy costumer service of snapdeal.
