Karbonn Mobiles — Key pad not working

Dear Sir,

Handset is karbonn quattro L50 HD, purchased 3 months before.. now its keypad is not working properly, I visited ur service center (Muzaffarpur, Bihar) they told me to submit my hanadset for 45 to 60 days, to get it repaired...I have no other handset now what should I do? Someone has recommended me to take this.. but I am not satisfied with ur product, in such way I am not going to recommend ur product to anyone..

I purchased a mobile karbonn s200 through online. Suddenly my down panel is not working. I went to karbonn service center in Vijayawada. They said they won't servuce the warranty mobiles.

What the hell happening here????
