I have sent my karbonn mobile (quattro l50 hd) to service station on just for touch pad failure repair. i am continuously taking followup with customer care executive as well as through mail. each time i am getting same reply that, your mobile is under repair & you will get it soon within next 10 to 12 days. but even after two months completion my mobile is not returned. how i can communicate with peoples without mobile phone? each time when i send mail to [protected]@jainindia.com, i got the same reply each time that, "we have noticed that you have written to us on the same concern once again, ...raj jain [protected]
