Hi Team,
Its to inform you that my name is Akash Tiwari, purchased my new Karbonn Aura Sleek Plus phone on 7th July 2018 with a hope that, let's trust on Indian brand like Karbonn .But, its very disgracefull to say this that again indian phone let down their customer expectation . Within 4 month of purchase, my phone got some vertical or horizontal ### lines on the screen automatically.
I was wonder to see, its just a span of 4 months and my phone got suffering from this problem . I do complaint the same with CUSTOMER CARE and they told me that you go to service center, then they told me its a physical damage and you need to pay Rs 1800 for screen replacement . I have asked them, i had words with CUSTOMER CARE and you will not being charged but when i called again CUSTOMER CARE then they told me its physical damage and you need to pay.
I don't understand why i am being charged as phone is under 1 year of warranty and my screen is in perferct condition without any scratches . why karbonn team cheats their loyal customer.
I have purchased Karbonn mobile first time with a home let's try out Made in India Product but its hard to say that, don't go with Indian Product . Better go with MI, vivo phones . I have bought this product just because its Indian Product but totally again its disappointed to say, never go with Indian Prouct. Its waste of your hard money.
Please help me to resolve my issue and repair my phone . I have trusted karbonn phone with a hope . Please don't let my trust break down toward karbonn.
