I have purchased l51hd from shop cj on oct'16 after 5month that battery not charged and now it is dead but service center shreyan mobile gandhi nagar, moradabad uttar pradesh deny to service that mobile reason it is utl category mobile but customer not know about this. I have call to cusomer careof karbonn mobile but there is no satisfied answer and said you can call to buying agency but i have more trouble for last 20days but shop cj and service center both are not reslove my problem.
