This complaint is regarding the delay in refund of the money from my account. The incident happened in Malleshwaram branch where I was paying my electricity bill amount. After entering the card details, the amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed to complete.
The staff there told me that the money would be reverted back to my bank account in 3-4 working days. It has been almost 15 days since the incident has happened but the money has not been reverted. This is an example of sheer negligence by the staff. Kindly look into this and address it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
