I’ve done a jio recharge of ₹399 from my hike wallet and the recharge was showing pendig. Amount has been deducted from wallet but recharge is not done. Further more there is no contact number for the customer care by hike. It’s really disappointing and at the same time puts immense stress from the customer’s point of view to file complaints again and again and not getting suitable responses.
