I ordered a wrist watch in December 2013 which I received in January 2014, it was a defected piece so I returned the it to the given address as told by their customer service. They provided me a voucher of Rs 6000 (amount I paid for the product) instead of returning my money or replacing the product (I didn't approve of any such voucher). THEY FORCED ME TO MAKE ANOTHER ORDER OF RS 6000 AND ABOVE.
Finally I decided to agree to their fraudulent demands and conditions to get out of this scam. So I ordered the same wrist watch again with a pair of sunglasses. This time they provided me a fake product. It was not an original Tissot wrist watch which I ordered.
On complaining again and again everyday, they told me to send back the product. They gave me a return address ( FF 09, Omaxe Park Plaza, Shakti Khand- 2, Nr. Sawarnjayanti Park, Indrirapuram, Ghaziabad - 201012.) but didn't specify about the refund of my money. The fake wrist watch was not even worth Rs 100, so I returned the product through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICE to the given address.
Now according to the courier service the product has been delivered at the given address and received by P. Kumar (an employ of kaunsa.com) but KAUNSA.COM clearly denies the fact that they received the product and states that nothing can be done unless they receive the product.
