Time 9:10PM:
The above details I got in SMS after booking ticket. As per the time mentioned in sms, I reached boarding point (at 9:10PM) and was waiting for pickup cab. While I was waiting I called to number [protected] mentioned in sms several time. They were keep on telling call our office on [protected]. But, this phone number always says busy. (Let me try now once again... Now time is 11:56 PM. Still it is saying busy and not able to accept any calls. )
At Time:9:45PM :
I asked to give one more number so that I can ask till how much time bus would take to reach my boarding point. Then I got a number which is pick up van boys'([protected]). When I called this person he told he was at kottaguda and was heading towards gachibowli. but, no kaveri travels cab came till 30 minutes. When I call pick up van person again he answered, cab would have came there between 9PM-9:15PM.
At Time : 10:30PM
I called to [protected] and asked where was the bus currently. He told, bus was at punjagutta. He told one tragic story. "There are two more tickets at gachibowli and they were in. I was the only person didn't get into that bus." But, I am 100% sure that bus or van didn't come to the boarding point they mentioned since 9:10PM. He was just telling some wrong stories as he use to tell daily to other passengers.
Totally I was frustrated with these people behaviour and returned back to home with so much of angry on Kaveri travels since it hired such irresponsible people for this job.
Now the time is 12:17AM. Still Kaveri travels customer call is telling it was busy. I think, It is a fake number which responds using some IVR- Interactive voice response. Totally KAVERI TRAVELS is playing with passengers.
I do not suggest any one to do any thing but, my self I lost positive opinion on this travels.

I know this post is not enough to teach a lesson to such people but, I am an ordinary person can't do more than this. Might be Kaveri managements and it's employee would have thought the same and they replaced some other person on my ticket and didn't picked me up at my boarding point.
I am ready to take any legal action on kaveri travels since I have all calls conversations and messages list
with me on my phone and saved them safely on disk. May be in future I may get a chance to rise my voice. If anyone know how I can do that please send me a mail on [protected]@gmail.com
