Kaya Skin Clinic — complaint grievance : refund amount of my sessions

This is a quite long message, please bear with me to read it thoroughly.

My name is Kanchan and I went to Kaya Clinic Koramangala, Bangalore for consultation for my face having: blackhead on nose, pimples mark pigmentation and white scars due to Herpese disease. I already told them in the very beginning that my skin is very much sensitive.
Then after taking doctor consultation, they recommended me peels, prp, carbon laser and derma- roller costing approx. 1 lakh. Then I clearly told them I can't pay too much amount. Then they were forcing that they can do EMI today otherwise price will increase from tomorrow onwards. Even after this push from their side, they advised to take few less session costing approx 50K. Still I told them, if I need it, I will come back to you. While I was waiting for my friend to come out from consultation room, the customer person keep consistently pushing and entered my number in EMI and booked the package costing 50 K by making false promises that all your skin problem will go by taking these sessions only.

Later when I went to attend the session in the first session, they done peeling after doing that I got so many pimples and redness on my face. I immediately told to doctor, she told that it will come down in 1-2 days. After 2-3 days, still pimples were coming up. When I go to next appointment, peeling or carbon laser they did, same after treatment, I was not able to see any changes on my face, I told this thing to doctor. That instead of good, my face is having more redness and pimples. Then doctor was always rushing and keep saying that we will see in next session everytime. Gradually, my 2 or 3 sessions left, I went to doctor again that the session are not benefiting me, still doctor was not concerned at all and keep pushing me to take session of PRP. I told them in the very beginning that my budget is not that much otherwise I should have taken in beginning. But they were never concerned said that these sessions can't help. As none of my skin problem were resolved. They are just making money by convincing their clients to book sessions, later they are not concerned about your skin problem or results.
In some carnon laser session, doctor was taking 30 mins to complete or in some, she get it done in 15 mins. As doctor was rushing everytime to make money from new clients by giving them consultation.
Customer finance person who did all the calculation was not good at all. She always create a trap for their clients and convince them to book the treatment.

Moreover, before my 2 nd session, I went to clinic and saw that doctor left kaya. And new doctor joined, I discussed all the history with new doctor, new doctor told me that I am not aware what was the result and what was your skin issues earlier. But I can evaluate based on current skin. Almost 2 session left, and she was asking to take new session of facial that will help reducing the blackhead. New doctor told that why previous doctor has recommended you these sessions. Even she asked me why doctor has recommended you to apply these much products/ Cream on face that were not required. I was in a shock that my whole money spent on previous sessions got waste. Alongwith session, as advised by previous doctor, I spent too much on face cream that were not at all needed. New doctor then did the 2 session that were left and she again advised to take more session as she told she just started taking session. But what about previous session " nobody was concerned about them, I spent so much money on those".

I want to highlight that the previous doctor and previous cashier person was very bad in terms of the service. I want to take action against them. I want to complain about my whole season go in vain. Nobody is concerned. I want my full refund amount back to my account ASAP otherwise I will take big action. You can check the history.
