Kaya Skin Clinic — Misleading laser treatment

I wanted to laser hair removal services from Kaya. I have paid a total sum of 75, 000 for 6 session. From the second session itself I am informing that I see none of the promised progress but everytime I am mislead by saying from this session you will for sure see results. Even after 5 sessions there is zero results. Doctors and clinic workers are now distracting me by asking to come later
All I claim is atleast 50% reduction should be visible after paying sure a huge amount. Am a working class women with a small kid it's not fair to loot 75k from me with false promises and not deliver even 50% of those promises
Could someone guide me how to raise a formal complaint with consumer court?
