Purchased an air cooler last year and when started to use this year everything stopped. Fan / water pump / swing.
Technician visited my place and inspected it.
Almost 3 weeks passed he did not returned back with the new parts.
I am now totally frustrated with this so called brand kelvinator.
Dont know when they cant handle after sales service why they sell products, i think just to make one time money and no customer relationship.
I wish this email / feedback goes to the higher level and hope some action will be taken.
