Kelvinator — kelvinator washing machine is not working

Kelvinator washing machine is not working last 3months due to pcb. When i logged complaint, washing machine covered in warranty period but still my complaint has been not readdressed. Details of the product is kelvinator washing machine. Model number kt6012tr-fau. Serial number [protected]. Please help me. I am facing a lot of problems with this product. I request you to take care of my complaint immediately. Thanks
