I have bought a kelvinator fridge double door (Red colour) model in the month of may 2015. I have faced some cooling problem and noise since april 2018. I booked online call (Ref: che[protected] by durairaj [protected] svc point [protected] &[protected] dt.04.05.2018) to customer care they send service engineer and said fridge its in warranty coverage and service engineer checked the problem and asked to wait for week time to replace the compressor. The service engineer asked the original bill its also produced in the service provider office (Ref: che[protected] by durairaj [protected] svc point [protected] &[protected] dt.04.05.2018). Please support to provide the warranty service as per policy (5yrs warranty on compressor from the date of purchase).
But, the call center says the service call in pending for "bill not submitted" how it is happening? Again checked with the service center they says its pending due to compressor not received from the company. If not able to supply means system will update automatically as "bill not submitted".
I called several time after the week time they have not responding even over mail or in direct approach. Which is very much irritating. I also called the service manager in-charge his mobile is not reachable and one is out of order (Given by call center) the call center not attending my phone after words. It is almost two months i am suffering for service.
I request you take this matter very seriously otherwise i will go to the consumer court and claim all the damages.
If it is like that who blaming? Either company call center or company or service provider?
