Kenstar — Geyser faulty | asking for money when product is in warranty

My family has bought a product cost 7000 rs in 2016, with 5 years warranty.

The product is having issues and threat o[censored]sage hence we contacted nearest service centre in ranchi and asked them to look at it

An executive came and charged 500 rs without giving a receipt telling us that some parts needs to be replaced which will have some cost.-dated April 2021

Since past 6 months we are chasing to get it sorted

Firstly they were say 2500 rs to fix it now asking 4500 to fix the issue

The product is under warranty and we have shared all the necessary documents

Could you please look into this
