He concern is that i bought the kenstar air cooler cyclone 50 litres white from amazon on 08th march 2019 from the seller green bazar.

There is a problem with the cooler as it throws the water outside when on swing mode / water leakage. So i called customer care on 30th march with ticket no ban[protected]
I followed up regularly but no one turned up.
I gain called customer care on 06th april (Saturday) ticket no ban[protected]
The service person came and was not able to repair the same.
I again raised the complaint on 22nd, 29th april & 01st may with request no ban[protected] but no one turned up.
Is this the way you treat the customer and provide service?
Please take back the cooler and exchange with other cooler asap.
