Dear Sir,
We are responding in an official way here by launching a complaint against the person who is giving service to our home ( BSNL wifi internet connection and Kerala vision cable tv connection ) named Mr . Rafeek ( [protected]) who is providing service at our residential area at konni near Mini civil station . We are one of the reputed customer since long time even without a single payment delay .
The way he is speaking to us as our boss . He doesn't like listen the complaints . We are all law professionals by the way, practicing in Pathanamthitta court . We do not prefer to go up more, pls consider this complaint get us good solution .
We don't prefer his service any more . We prefer either disconnect nor change service person . He interrupts several online works since a week after we informed our issue, he never appeared.
Pls do take steps as fast you can as the net connection interrupts many of our urgent works .
