KFC India — Non delivery and scamming

My son Ishaan has placed an order at 8:59pm on 07-Apr-25 with order no. K596A34422 with expected delivery at 9:39pm. Till 11:20 it is not delivered. My son had to drive all the way from home to KFC Outlet Saket Road, Hyderabad only to be informed by the Manager that their delivery partner has picked up the order at 8:30 pm and that he has all the evidence that it is picked up. Can't understand how can he release the order 29 mins before we ordered. After lots of arguments, he agreed to cancel the order. In fact, we had an issue earlier too, when the order was never delivered though we paid for it, as I was travelling, I did not pursue it and later forgot. It seems to be this particular outlet is scamming people.
