I have owned pulsar rs 200 abs 2015 model. I gave my bike for service in last month (17/03/2018). For change my side faring and projector headlamp. I have visited khivraj bajaj (No 617, mount road, thousand lights, chennai - 600006, opposite us embassy). And the technician told me that because of financial year ending we can't order new stock so it will take more time to deliver your bike. Its an valid point and also i dont have options so i agreed and we make an job card and i was also paid 3000 as advance in the date of march 17. They coded me 17 working days to complete the bike. With in 4 working days i get an call from technician for update for the vehicle that only lights are pending will complete in next week. From there i am following the svc station daily for update for my bike. And i have noticed that they feel annoyed to answer for me. They exceed their timeline and almost more than 25 days i have visited the service station. As usually i have listen the same story that no spares no spare. And not even the manager is not ready to meet me and explain.. Even i also having an responsibility to understand the situation. So i just at least i want to see my bike. Actually i was shocked after hardly searching for 20 minutes i saw my bike with out faring condition. Team please understand my situation as a customer how was i feel i was invest almost 1.5lk assets is like that to see???. Its happen in the date of monday which means 16/04/2018. They promised that they will give in the week. And i told i dont want any new lamps please fix my old lamps and give me an delivery. Station manager promised me will give you in wednesday. And suddenly in the same day they called and told me spares are received we will give u delivery on thusday 19/04/2018. But thusday also i didn't get my bike. Today friday again they stated same story no spares. 20/04/2018 they not even pick my calls after 3 pm. Friday morning they will tell we will update u in 30 minutes. But no response. They are not attend the call. I am not sure when i will get my bike
Problems:
1. No proper communication. Daily they are telling tomorrow tomorrow
