Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — misguidance about the insurance of the product.

I have purchased samsung led tv on friday 31.05.2019 from khosla behala branch. But i was not informed about the details of its insurance policy. I paid extra 2000/- and did 2 years additional insurance. But later i came to know from samsung demo service man the next day, that my insurance have been done with bajaj and not samsung, about which i was not told. When i called khosla sales staff tirtha dey mob no.[protected] he misbehaved with me over phone. Please take immediate action regarding this or else i must report to consumer forum directly.
