I had purchased a 49 inch kodak led tv in 30-nov-2018. On may 14 2019 the tv's remote stopped working due to sensor issue, i called the company their technician visited on 7th june, i am calling the kodak service center they are keeping me on hold for at least 15 minutes and they say that my case has been escalated every week they are saying it will take a week to ship the part.
Need replacement for the tv since it is not been used for 1.5 months now. Was this information helpful? | 
Now it is unserviceable unable to viewed display monitor.I need assistance from your end and warranty still within period.
