Komparify — Account blocked from more than 1 month

My Komparify account is blocked from 1 month you are not responding to my any of mails aftet giving you documents for kyc verification it's been 1 month my account is still disabled Please enable my account

Komparify customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As we checked the backend, your komparify account was involved in fraudulent transactions in the Lazypay payment gateway for buying safegold. Even the lazypay support team and safegold team also reported this. Hence we can't unban your account as per policies. Created multiple accounts and was involved. All accounts are banned because of fraudulent complaints.
First of all I have all the transactions screenshot of lazy pay account and text message came from lazy pay after payment so how can i do these fraudlent activities
