[Resolved]  Komparify — After digital gold sell amount not credited to my account

I sell my digital gold successfully on 16 April 2023 but now its 19 April but they not transferred any amount in my bank account total amount is 2796rs, after 3 days i sent mail to there customer support then they revert back to me and said they have some issues with my bank and give other Bank details for balance transfer and after this i reply back with my second bank account details but they don't credit any amount or any reply of my mail i waited already 5days. I have all the details like purchase or sell receipt
