Komparify — Amazon Pay Balance deducted for Airtel Bill Payment

I used this site as it was approved by Amazon. After Paying Airtel Bill using amazon Pay Balance. It showed Transaction failed. and no refund back in my amazon Pay Balance..Nor any support on Komparify website.
