Komparify — I have digital gold and my account is disabled email id [protected]@gmail.com

I have 2 accounts and both the accounts have digital gold worth 3300 and 1080 both the accounts has been disabled my komaprify

No the issue is not resolved i have given my documents for verification yesterday till now I can't access my account
