I sold gold on komparify app 11th August but amount not credited in my bank account they said amount will be credited in 3 days but it has been 10 days still money not credited in my bank account

The Gold sale was completed successfully. A refund or reversal is not possible if the gold sale happened, The bank transfer might get failure due to the listed one (Currently, we are facing some technical issues on -All branches having same IFSC code like Paytm / Airtel Bank transfer / jio bank / postal bank/ small finance bank / FDRL bank) or due to invalid beneficiary details.So kindly mail to support[at]kompatify[dot]com with valid bank details sothat we can check and do a bank transfer. It may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the bank account.
