There is a technical issue on UPI with the bank operator end, so if you had provided UPI kindly mail support[at]komparify[dot]com with order details and other details, Like Account Number, Name and IFSC Code so that we can re-initiate the same.

Please solve my issue too same kind of problem i am facing sold gold worth ruppes 800 but got mail from your side saying transaction failed
My order id is 4427-47513-7116 i have sent you mails many time but still don't got any reply email is [email protected]
