I have to say that your service is extremely bad!
I had placed a return request on the 7th of august. The product was picked up. But i never got the replacement.
Its been about a month. I am not getting any updates regarding this. Neither am i getting my refund. The customer care executives just keep delaying. The company policy says that it takes 10 days for the process. It's been over a month. When i call them they say they can't make promises. They don't know when my request will be processed.
