[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order not dispatched after 60 days of placing the order

I had placed an order on 12th july 2019. Order has not been dispatched even after 60 days. I called customer care team several times only to receive false promises mentioning that i would receive the order within 5 days. Even after several emails, no one cared to provide any kind of resolution. The order is still lying open with koovs without any progress.

I've returned a product and I haven't received the refund yet. Also, their customer care number is a fraud, it doesn't exist.
I want my refund now and please don't purchase from this website.
