Koryo — Microwave- long pending issue

From 26 July, I have been messaging koryocare to rectify my microwave issue. My ticket no.is [protected].
To my despair, till date it has not been resolved.
I have made so many calls to so many numbers.
No one is giving a proper answer.
Would appreciate if someone can resolve this .
