Kotak Mahindra Bank — Account showing blocked | |||
I have opened my wife's online account of kotak 811 due to missmatch documents submitted online that account status is showing blocked. She don't have physical pan card due to name correction of after marriage that's why we are waiting for pan card...in last month we have received her pan card after that immediately we were submitted all the necessary documents for kyc in pimpri kotak branch. Now 15 days over still account is showing blocked status... No one answered properly on call when we are checking about status. Request you to please check and do the needful. Account holder name : pooja vinayak patil Crn:[protected] Account number:[protected] In that branch we have done kyc before 15 days with there staff nargis. She said 3-4 working days it will activated... Now she talk very rudely on phone call by saying i have done my work now don't call me for further status. Nighter she gave concern person contact.
