Hi, I am writing this to inform you that on 25/10/22, I bought Vivo mobile phone of Rs. 14500/- through my Kotak mahindra Bank credit card, at that time shop owner told me if I convert my purchase into 3 EMI then I will be getting Rs. 1500/- cashback within 90 working days. But till today I didn't receive my cashback yet. I am following up with bank representative since 18/01/23 they're not responding properly, when I write their Nodel officer they rejected my request without giving any reason. Moreover I would like to inform that their customer care executive Ms. Pooja is very unprofessional & rude she was not ready to listen my complain & try to pressurize me by saying that this was not done due to merchant but when I approach to the shop from where I bought this mobile, he clearly said that it is done through bank only. I have attached supporting email copy and my invoice. Please look into this matter & help me.
