2 SELLING DRUGS WHICH COMES UNDER SHEDULE H-1 CATEGORY WITHOUT ANY PRESCRIPTION & IN THE ABSENCE OF REGISTERED PHARMACIST He has sold a kit for ABORTING PREGNANCY which contains 1 tablets of MIFEPRISTONE 200mg & 4 tablets of MISOPROSTOL 200mcg.
3 HE IS NOT MAINTAINING SHEDULE H-1 REGISTER.
4 HE IS NOT MAINTAINING COLD STORAGE CHAIN.
5 HE DOESNT HAVE INSPECTION REGISTER.
6 HE DOESNT HAVE MCD LICENCE.
7 HE DOESNT HAVE FOOD LICENCE.
8 HE SHOULD EDUCATE/AWARE PEOPLES TO WEAR THE MASK BUT HE HIMSELF IS NOT WEARING ANY MASK.
9 HE IS NOT SELLING THE DRUGS AT THE PRICE FIXED BY DPCO.Rate of the ABORTION KIT ha FIXED by DPCO which should not exceed Rs.425 but the kit he is selling has printed above of Rs.700
10 HE IS OVERCHARGING Rs.3000 AS A CONSULTATION CHARGES.lWhile selling ABORTION KIT because the pregnancy is above 3 months
11 REFUSING TO MAKE BILL INVOICE OF THE DRUGS WHICH PATIENTS ARE PURCHASING. Because purchasing drugs without bill
& many things which is UNEXPECTEDLY UNETHICAL.
