Krysalis Customer Care's response Mr.Venkatesh, I am surprised at this mail. I have in fact spoken / mailed to you every day and have given you enough support. With respect to your claim, I spoke to you yesterday and have informed that we need to follow procedures. PF has come up with schemes wherein they are discouraging employees to withdraw pf who have not completed 5 years. Tds would be deducted in such cases and form 15G should be provided for non deduction of TDS. We have in fact suggested you to transfer your pf amount to your current company account.' We have registered you with UAN and at any time you can check the status of your claim. As informed to you, we have to receive your pf form which has been returned by the pf authorities and understand the reason for rejection. We have collected form 15G in advance anticipating the cause of rejection as above. We would come back to you with further details on receipt of your rejected application.
