KSB Pumps Limited — Replacement of burn pump

I am Dattatraya Karanjkar from Pune.I purchased KSB Pump(100 mm), 1.50 HP, 30 (Bill No-0516/29774)stage from our one of Vendor S.B & Co kothrud, Pune-411038.He given me the commitment of replacement of pump in any faultier but now he is not responding to the call.Now i am in trouble could you please give me a solution on this.
Should i get a replacement or what will be our policy in such a cases.Because in such a cases on daily basis i am expending my extra charges Rs1000 for water from local peoples .
