I have placed an online order on 28th June 2022 for a Kulr-on mattress on their website, which I requested Customer care - [protected] to cancel on call. They told me to drop an email to [protected]@kurlon.com which I did. After multiple follow up, I recieved confirmation on 5th July that my order is cancelled.
Since then I have followed multiple times on email for refund. I have yet to receive my refund and its been more than one month now without any resolution.
