[Resolved]  Kurl ON — Replacement of Super Deluxe Mattress

My Service ID- 1300239. I have purchased 3 mattress from a dealer of Kurl-on i.e., from M/S Cotton House, Survey, Guwahati, Assam on 02/11/2015 and from them 1 Super deluxe mattess 7x6 feet had some defect, than i launched a complain regarding for the replacement on May, 2015 and the Engineer RAJ KUMAR PASWAN [protected] came on the same month for the inspection and he approved for the replacement and told me that your mattress will be replaced within 15working days. After 15working days no mail and message came to my side, than i had a call to kurl-on for the query and they told me that due to lack of data we could not proceed your request for the replacement. Lack of Information like the images that the engineer took was not clear due to which kurl-on didn't proceed further. Since 6 June, 2016 till date 28July, 2016 the mattress has not been replaced. Kurl-on always say that i have to wait for a week and your mattress will be delivered to you. I asked the dealer regarding the mattress but he didn't had a answer to my question. Waiting for your response.
