I purchased a new kutchina purica dlx water purifier[protected] on 5.2.18. After expiry of free service period, this machine has been creating lot of problems. Very frequently it stops filtering or filtering less water. I changed some candles. Even i changed water pump too. Still problem is the same - very very less filtration. The person attending the complaint always insist on changing parts. Many times they are hiding the actual problem. Now i realized that this item will consume my contingencies. On comparison i found that taking commercial mineral water of 20 lit is more economical than rearing this kutchina. If any such scheme is there to return the item, i shall readily return the item.
