We would like to thank you for sharing your experience with us though it is unfortunate that you had to deal with breakages. We’re sorry to hear about this. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best.
However, since our products are made of glass, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation or usage, which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases.
Kindly send a mail to [protected]@laopala.in with the following details and pictures, as you have attached here, so that we can review this matter justifiably & get back to you with an appropriate solution –
1. A few clear pictures of the broken cup/s with the design clearly visible.
2. No. of pieces that have broken
3. Cause of breakage
4. A scanned copy of the bill
5. A picture of the top side of the box & price sticker too.
6. Your address with contact number

Updated by divyab1906 this issue still not resolved...have not received feedback ...Email ID provided by Resham Chandak from Laopala is also wrong and getting email bouncing back ...the phone provided on site is also wrong...
Please suggest how to resolve my issue..
Please help.
