i have brought my phone on 29.05.2018 but from the begining i am facing
problem with my phone. It is not having charge properly, and having hang
problem. So i have contacted several times with the shop from where i have
bought the phone. They told me to leave the phone, they will contact the
service centre. So i left the phone in their hand, then when i am getting
my phone again after servicing, i am facing the same problem. Its really
harassing me. The service centre from which it has serviced is *techno
care, adress: p-10a, prince anwar shah road, kolkata - 700068*
i am attaching the problem screenshot and the bill herewith. This are the problems i am facing. Service center person told me to do a video of the thing of today, so i have done it. Plzz check the video which i captured today 13.08.2018. They told me they wil change the pcb tomorrow but if after changing the pcb i will face the same problem then you have to do a replacement for this handset else i have to take the step of consumer forum if you cant do a favour for me. It is intoleerable to use this type of defective set. The age of the phone is 2 months and i have given this set to the service centre 4-5 times to repair for the same problem but i havent got any favour from them. If you dont take any serious step regarding my phone then i have to involve myself in consumer forum to get a better judgement. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
please do the needful at an earliest please.
