I ordered a saree on the laxmipatifab.com (Order id#7254-c) through cash on delivery. I paid total 1200 rs. For that. An after that when i opened the bag it was totally different item and worth 100 rs saree. I was panicked. I called them they did not receive my call. Even on whatsapp they blocked me. I tried calling from different item and after picking up phone they cut my phone and blocked my all 4 number. Then i searched about this website. I found that earlier they were selling through "sareenmore.com" and now that website is closed. They have started two website "laxmipatifab.com" and "laxmisaree.com" now and they are fooling customers. Those who pay online, they do not deliver product and those who take it through cod, they deliver a saree of worth rs. 100. So eventually, they are getting profit of 1000 rs. On one saree. And website is active since aug, 2019. So u can imagine how much rs they have looted of customer. Can anyone please stop them doing this or tell me the process to punish them. Please do something.
