I have done a rent Payment on paytm using my lazycard, but my transaction was failed in Paytm app, and my money deducted from my card, after it i have raise a query on lazypay customer service, but i have not receive any resolution from your team,
* i am trying to reach you via customer helpline number - [protected]
* also sent too many mail to - [protected]@lazypay.in
i have also contacted to merchant about this transaction and they told me that he wouldn't recieve any amount from lazypay .
but my problem was not solved .
and today i will recieve a mail from lazypay mentioned ( your lazypay account is blocked, pay the due amount to reactivate your account)
and i am so depressed when i see it. because it is not my fault, its totally fault of your company .
**And i will clearly Mention that i would not pay any extra charges or late fee for this Transaction** because it is not my mistake and i am not resposible for this .
You should refund my money into my lazycard and have to remove all late fees and extra charges from my account.
