[Resolved]  LazyPay — Wrong due

On the morning of 10th October 2021, my outstanding amount was Rs 7945.98 for which I have screenshots as proof. On that day afternoon, 2 repayments of Rs 712.77 and Rs 819 were done which were actually refunds from a merchant app I transacted before. So, the outstanding amount must be Rs 6414.21 after those repayments. But, the outstanding amount is showing as Rs 7126.98 which means only the Rs 819 was updated in the outstanding amount and the Rs 712.77 is not synced with the outstanding amount but still it is showing as repayment successful in the transactions log. Also I haven't received any confirmation message or E-mail or notification for the Rs 712.77 transaction, I just opened the app and found it in the transaction log where as for the Rs 819 transaction, I was immediately notified and received a confirmation message and E-mail that the repayment was successful. I have mailed more than 5 times and received a one dumb response that the issue has been resolved. But the outstanding amount is still the same and it is not yet updated. The repayment date is coming in 3 days and you haven't even started to properly respond on the issue. The repayment of Rs 712.77 was done and it was shown successful in the transactions log but it was not updated with the outstanding amount and it is still showing the same outstanding amount. If you guys won't solve my issue and charge me late fee and report on my credit score for the mistake from your side I will be filing this whole thing legally. I will not pay my money which I don't owe you. I couldn't even find a CUSTOMER contact number and the one who responded to the issue didn't even understand the issue and replied that the issue has been resolved. I am more than frustrated with this ### CUSTOMER service and the bugs in your system. Why the hell don't you check the outstanding amounts before and after those repayments and just resolve the issue, it's just a matter of 5 minutes and no one even cares to even properly read the complaint I wrote. This is my 6th time writing the same complaint and if no one responds and resolves this in 24 hours, I will not be paying that Rs 712.77 again and I will proceed with this thing legally as a Law student. If you couldn't understand the issue clearly or need more information just contact me on my registered number. I am definitely going to delete Lazypay after this and never going to use it again. I am seriously pissed off by this.
