Letv — display issue

This is to inform you that i purchased letv 3s max55 television dated 27/08/2016 from lemall.com. The order number is[protected] the imei is c80e77fa799d and the mac/serial number is le176h[protected]. It was installed at my premises.

I was facing display issue with this unit as a blue thin line is there on the screen from upside down. I made a complaint date 26/08/2017 on your tollfree number which is 1-[protected]. After 3 days two persons visited my house, took few pictures of the unit and informed me that they will forward these pictures to the company. These pictures will be checked to confirm the warranty, imei etc. Only after that the issue will be resolved.

It’s been a month and noone has contacted me to resolve the issue. Everytime i call your tollfree number they ask to wait 10-12 days. I think the clock has stopped ticking or they are blind, as everytime they are giving the same timeframe.

I called your customer case many times. I even emailed at [protected]@le.com but everytime they ask me to send the details and nothing is happening so far.

Last time i called on your tollfree number and talked to karan, who told me if your issue is not getting resolved, why you are calling us again and again. I had to abuse her just because of this attitude.

I did not pay 60000 to hear all this. Your website lemall.com/in is not working at all. I am now unable to contact your customer care as they are not picking my call and call is going unanswered. I tried resetting my unit but all in vain.

As i reset my unit, i’m now unable to login to my account as i forgot my password. It asks me to go to a link to reset the password which is also not working.

It’s been more than a month and i’m yet to get a resolution. If you can do anything, please do it at the earliest. I must say that your after sale service is pathetic and i am not going to recommecnd letv to anyone.

I can’t wait anymore. So just take this unit and refund my 60000 which i paid. Else i will start posting on social media and consumer forums. The same will be sent to local news papers as well.

I don’t know how it will be done but i just want my money back.

I bought a le eco le1s on 29th October 2016. My warranty will be
applicable till 29th October 2017. But the Authorised le eco service
centre(Tirupathi) is not accepting my warranty and claiming to pay
money for the service.I want you to take immediate action on my
problem. Failing which forces me to take legal action.
