Letv — super voice problem in middle of watching

I have a issue in letv. When i watch in middle of it, it shows super voice often at least for 2sec every time. It is been appearing for every 2 -3 min often.. It is reaaly very difficult to watch tv due to such issue. Pls take this complaint and resolve the issue. I provided my mobile number and landline for contacting me. The phone is showing very bad services... I brought tgis phone 6 months ago.. And went to complaint sector 2-3 tyms. The phone itself gets off and automatically gets on itself by its own.. It hangs very much.. And the screen was broken itself. I want my money back..I hate this phone.. Bad service plus bad performance.. I am very disappointed
